Salvation is sought after as the end of all woes, but no one who is saved is ever free of worry.

DISTRESS AND SALVATION strikes a balance between what we despise and desire, each happy moment underpinned with some confusion and fear, and the darkest of times still containing a certain mindful beauty.

The tracks slide through one another with this emotional ebb and flow forcing the listener to interpret texture rather than song, and with reflection in place of consumption.
